Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Greene Gator Technology, Inc. ("we") collects through the opspromptai.com website and the OpsPromptAI live demo (livedemo.opspromptai.com), what we do with it, and how long we keep it.

It does not cover the OpsPromptAI service we run for our customers. How a customer's employees' information is handled there is set out in that customer's agreement with us and in the terms shown inside their app.

What we collect

When you visit the website. The website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms. Like any website, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page, and keeps standard request logs. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.

When you email us. If you write to sales@opspromptai.com or support@opspromptai.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you request a live demo. The booking form asks for your name, company, work email and the time you'd like, and optionally your phone number and trade. We also record the request's status (requested, confirmed, used, cancelled) and when it changed.

When you use the live demo.

• Your sign-in. You sign in to a shared demo account that belongs to the fictional company, with your booking code as its password for your time slot. We don't create an account for you. We note when your code was used so the demo only opens during your time, and the account's password is changed as soon as your time ends. Microsoft keeps its normal sign-in records for the demo account (including the IP address it was used from).
• What you try. The demo has a "Things to try" guide. We record which of its steps you completed (for example "walked a guided procedure" or "published a document") on your booking, so we can follow up on what interested you. We don't record what you typed.
• What you do in the demo. The demo is a shared site set up for a fictional company. The questions you ask and the documents, forms, procedures, videos and settings you add are stored in the demo so the app works the way it would for a real company. Questions are stored without your name, as the app does for every customer. Your questions are answered by an AI model we run in our own Microsoft Azure account; they are not used to train AI models. Please don't add anything confidential, personal or real.
• Security. To stop the booking and code pages from being misused, we briefly hold your IP address in memory to limit repeated requests. It isn't written to storage.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• arrange your demo: review your request, email you your personal code, the link, the time and a calendar invitation;
• see which parts of the demo you tried, so our follow-up is about what interests you;
• run the demo during your time and end your access afterwards;
• reply to you and follow up about the demo or OpsPromptAI;
• keep the website and the demo secure and working.

We don't sell your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, or where the law requires it.

Service providers

• Microsoft (Azure): website hosting, the demo app and its storage, sending the demo emails (Azure Communication Services), guest sign-in (Microsoft Entra ID) and the AI model. Our Azure resources are in the United States (East US and East US 2).
• Google (Google Fonts): the fonts on our web pages.
• Our email provider (Microsoft 365): messages you send us and demo notifications to us.

How long we keep it

• Demo content (your questions, anything you added): deleted by the automatic reset when your session ends, before the next demo. Deleted list entries can sit in the demo site's recycle bin for up to 93 days, where only our administrators can see them.
• Your demo access: ends when your session ends (the demo account's password is changed). There is no account of yours to delete.
• Your booking details (name, company, email, phone, trade, time, and the guide steps you completed): deleted 90 days after the time you booked or asked for, whether or not the demo went ahead.
• Email you send us: kept as ordinary business correspondence.
• Hosting and sign-in logs: kept by Microsoft for their standard periods.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to cancel a demo, at any time: email support@opspromptai.com. We'll delete your booking on request, even before the periods above. If you don't want the demo, don't submit the form; you can still email us.

Children

The website and demo are for businesses. They aren't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and its effective date.
